What's the Problem?

There is a lot of programs that teach sales and promise placement for thousands of dollars. However sales reps never actually get placed and they are left on their own without a job role.

Even if they do get placed it's for companies that have bad operations, bad lead flow or a terrible product.

What we are doing to fix this.

Our mission to help sales reps get placed in companies that actually allow them to earn a stable monthly income.

This is why we only work with 7-figure companies

  • Larger Budgets: 7-figure companies often have more significant budgets for marketing and sales initiatives. This can mean more substantial commissions and resources available to support sales efforts.
  • Higher Earning Potential: Dealing with larger companies can lead to larger deals, resulting in higher commissions and overall earning potential for sales reps.
  • Stability and Job Security: 7-figure companies are generally more stable and less prone to sudden market fluctuations. Sales reps may value the job security that comes with working for such companies.

Here's How It Works

1

Figuring Out Your Skill Level

Initial Assessment: The first step is to assess the skills and experience of the sales reps. This may involve reviewing their resumes, conducting interviews, and using assessment tools to evaluate their sales competencies, such as communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
2

Preparing The Sales Rep For The Interview

Mock Interviews: Conduct mock interviews to prepare sales reps for the real interviews with potential companies. Provide feedback on their performance, including areas for improvement and strengths to emphasize.
3

Placement In a 7-figure Role

Onboarding: Once the sales reps are placed in their new roles, support their onboarding process by ensuring they understand company policies, products, and procedures. Offer continuous coaching and mentorship to help them succeed in their new sales role.

Performance Monitoring: Continue to monitor the performance of the placed sales reps, providing feedback and additional training as needed.

Learn From Someone Who Closed Millions.

Everyone is a coach these days and I know you’re tired of it so let’s cut to the raw data.

I’ve personally closed over $4,000,000 during my sales career as a high ticket closer and have earned well over half a million dollars with my skillset. Just in the last year I’ve built multiple 7 & 8 figure sales teams for some of the largest info product business in the space.

Most importantly I’ve worked with over 100 sales reps and have helped them land sales positions with some of the highest earners taking home over $20,000 in commissions every single month.
